PREDMET Retail is seeking a Marketing Assistant to craft and update product catalogs, cards, and visual content. You’ll support the marketing specialist and help turn product information into clear customer-facing content and presentations.

The role emphasizes brand-consistent layouts, accurate specifications, and basic AI-assisted copy/editing. Bali-based with potential showroom/warehouse shoot visits, part-time or freelance arrangements.

PREDMET Retail is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing specialist, with a strong focus on product catalogs, product cards, and visual content. We work with home products, appliances, sanitary ware, lighting, and other interior essentials. You will turn product information and visual materials into clear, attractive content for customers and our sales team.

What you’ll do

• Create and update product catalogs: add new products, refresh images, and maintain accurate descriptions and specifications.
• Design product pages and cards with consistent layouts, typography, and visual style.
• Prepare catalogs for digital sharing and print.
• Check that product images, model numbers, dimensions, and specifications match.
• Select, edit, and organize product photos.
• Edit short videos for social media and product presentations.
• Support our marketing specialist with visuals for posts, Stories, promotional materials, and presentations.
• Assist with product shoots and take simple product photos and videos when needed.
• Use AI tools to help prepare copy, edit visuals, and speed up content production while maintaining accuracy.
• Keep source files and finished materials organized by product and SKU.

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio showing product catalogs, product cards, brochures, or similar design work.
• A good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Confidence using Canva or similar design tools. InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator skills are a plus.
• Basic photo‑editing and short‑form video‑editing skills.
• Basic marketing knowledge and the ability to communicate product benefits clearly.
• Strong attention to detail when working with product information.
• Good organization, reliable communication, and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Preferably based in Bali and available for occasional visits to our showroom, warehouse, and shoot locations.

Experience with home products, appliances, lighting, or sanitary ware is an advantage.

AI skills - required

• Practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar tools in everyday work.
• Ability to use AI to draft and improve product descriptions, structure catalog content, and adapt copy for different marketing channels.
• Ability to use AI‑powered tools for photo editing, background removal, and visual content preparation.
• Ability to write clear prompts, refine outputs, and check the accuracy and quality of AI‑generated content.
• Always verify product specifications and ensure edited images accurately represent the actual product.

Working arrangement & compensation

We are considering a flexible, part-time or freelance arrangement with ongoing assignments.

Estimated monthly earnings: IDR [X–Y], based on the agreed workload and completed deliverables.

Our preferred payment model is project‑based, with rates, scope, deadlines, and included revisions agreed before each assignment. The monthly range represents estimated earnings rather than a guaranteed fixed salary.
