Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and health & biosciences, invites applications for a marketing-focused role in Jakarta. The position is hybrid, supporting the Indonesia Marketing team across Fabric & Home Care and Body Care categories.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, 0-2 years of experience (internship welcome), and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Indonesia Marketing team across Fabric & Home Care and Body Care categories.
• Maintain and update market intelligence on product launches, brand activities, and industry trends.
• Collect, organize, and prepare market data, product information, and category reports.
• Assist in creating and publishing newsletters, category updates, and product announcements.
• Coordinate product sourcing, procurement, shipment tracking, and reimbursement processes.
• Liaise with local, regional, and global stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct market research and analyze relevant information to support business initiatives.
• Support value-to-market projects through data gathering, reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Organize marketing materials and logistics for customer meetings, presentations, and events.
