Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc in Jakarta seeks an experienced Project Controller to join the project team. Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage end-to-end project controls, schedules, and financial forecasting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery on local and UK-based projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, dashboards, audits support, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Professional level of English – both spoken and written.
• Degree level education or relevant professional related qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, working in a construction or civil engineering environment.
• Advanced user of MS Project, SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, finance/controlling processes and tools.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders of all levels (internally and externally).

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls using consistent processes and governance.
• Apply best practise scheduling techniques to optimise schedules and tracking dependencies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, manage day-to-day accounting activities and prepare financial forecasts.
• Collate financial and management reports, dashboard and analysis of performance information.
• Support audits of the project.
• Assist with compliance with contractual requirements such as project milestones and payments.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including actions, issues risks logs and documentation management checklists.
• Raise Purchase order for project expenditure and track through financial reporting process.
• Develop strong working relationships with the project team and delivery partners.
• Contribute to the development of project related processes, methods, tools templates, and systems.
• Any additional administrative support required by the PM and PMO Manager.
