Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, booking appointments, and nurturing initial relationships with potential clients. This role is pivotal to driving the success of our sales pipeline and creating opportunities for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads in the assigned territory using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Engage prospects through tailored outreach, including emails, calls, and social media.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule high-quality meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders for the sales team.
- Ensure seamless handover of leads to Account Executives with all relevant details documented.
- Prospect Engagement:
- Understand customer needs and identify how our products/services can address their challenges.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Database Management:
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date with accurate and complete information about prospects and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics to refine outreach strategies.
- Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and promotions.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointments booked, and conversion rates.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Appointment booking: 2 years (Required).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Bahasa and English.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and consistently achieve goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure performance.
- Familiarity with the MEDDICC sales framework is a plus.
