Job summary

BYD Indonesia is seeking a seasoned IT/ERP Project Manager to lead the integration of manufacturing IT initiatives and drive BI/reporting solutions. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning projects with business needs, and establishing standards for system usage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing management with at least 1 year in ERP project management or implementation.
Strong English; Mandarin a plus; PMP certification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Stay informed about advanced reporting solutions and BI technologies.
Lead and coordinate the integration of IT projects in a systematic manner.
Conduct feasibility analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on system state.
Drive the implementation of system-related projects aligned with business needs.
Develop and establish standards and best practices for system operations.
Oversee the introduction and deployment of new systems or technologies.
Manage and coordinate project resources across teams to ensure timely delivery.
