The Mandarin translator role covers translating documents to Bahasa Indonesia/English, providing consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during meetings, and facilitating communication between local and Chinese stakeholders, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Mandarin Translator or Interpreter.
• HSK certification (4/5/6 preferred).
• Experience translating business documents and conducting meetings.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia/English.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings, interviews, training sessions, and business visits.
• Assist communication between local and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Ensure translation accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Support management in preparing bilingual reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with departments to facilitate smooth communication with Chinese partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Perform other translation-related assignments as requested by management.
