• Minimum 3 years in product management/fintech or digital lending.
• Fluent Mandarin and English; Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Experience with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Familiar with UAT, user stories, and Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of OJK/LPBBTI regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with product, IT/engineering, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
• Act as a bridge between Indonesia-based teams and Mandarin stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on requirements, features, and timelines.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback for improvements.
• Support digital lending product journeys and operational processes.
• Prepare product documentation, flows, and regular reports.
• Assist UAT, testing, issue tracking, and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure features comply with company policies and regulations (OJK/LPBBTI).
• Work with Risk and Compliance to address product risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes for better customer experience.

Job description

We are looking for a Product Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to support the development, enhancement, and implementation of digital lending products and solutions. The role will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to ensure products are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and product design to implementation and enhancement.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product, IT/Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
• Act as a key communication bridge between Indonesia-based teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, particularly in product and technology discussions.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders on product requirements, system features, workflows, and implementation timelines.
• Monitor product performance, user behavior, operational issues, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and optimization of digital lending/financing products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare product documentation, specifications, process flows, presentations, and regular product reports.
• Support UAT, product testing, issue tracking, and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure product features and processes are implemented in accordance with company policies, risk management framework, and applicable OJK/LPBBTI regulations.
• Work with Risk and Compliance teams to identify and address product-related risks and regulatory considerations.
• Continuously improve product processes to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, Fintech, Digital Lending, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience in P2P Lending/LPBBTI or Fintech is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and digital financial services.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams, particularly with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAT, product documentation, user stories, workflow/process mapping, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Good understanding of OJK regulations and compliance requirements in the fintech/LPBBTI industry is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
