Job summary

The role requires 1–2 years banking teller experience, strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.
• Mandatory work experience as a Teller in the banking sector for 1–2 years.
• In-depth understanding of payment instruments, cash procedures, and currency authentication.
• Willing to work in a 12-hour shift system.
• Honest, disciplined with high integrity in handling company assets.

Responsibilities

• Handle foreign currency exchange transactions (buy/sell) accurately, quickly, and politely.
• Verify the authenticity of foreign banknotes and Rupiah using detection tools or manual inspection procedures.
• Responsible for cash stock availability and cash balance reconciliation at the end of the shift.
• Input transaction data into the company system with high precision to prevent discrepancies.
• Implement compliance procedures regarding AML-CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing).
• Build customer trust through professional and transparent service.
