Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Logistics Manager to lead regional logistics operations in South Jakarta, Indonesia, overseeing warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, and 3PL performance to ensure efficient supply chain execution.

The role requires a customer-focused, highly organized professional with at least 7 years in logistics or supply chain, strong budgeting, regulatory understanding, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and overseas partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management with warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics and supplier performance management.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics or large-scale supply chain industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation operations, reverse logistics, international trade, customs processes, freight management and logistics compliance.
• Experience managing 3PLs, transportation vendors, warehouse operations and supplier performance.
• Experience with telecommunications equipment logistics, order fulfilment and project-based logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics budgeting, operational cost management and financial monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and medium-term logistics resource plans to support project delivery requirements.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation activities, reverse logistics, inventory movements, and logistics compliance.
• Coordinate logistics implementation and provide on-site support for project deployment, warehouse setup, and operational execution.
• Lead the performance management of 3PLs, transportation vendors, and warehouse partners through regular performance monitoring.
