Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• 7+ years in Logistics Management or Supply Chain with warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics and supplier performance.
• 3+ years in managerial or team leadership roles within ICT/telecom/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, international trade, and customs processes.
• Experience managing 3PLs, vendors, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
• English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is mandatory for communication with overseas suppliers and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and medium-term logistics resource plans to support project delivery.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, reverse logistics, inventory movements, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics implementation and provide on-site support for project deployment.
• Lead 3PL, transportation, and warehouse performance through monitoring and improvements.
• Review logistics costs and supplier invoices to ensure efficiency and budget compliance.
• Implement risk management covering transportation safety, hazardous materials, and continuity planning.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, project management, and regional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports highlighting opportunities for improvement.
