Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead regional logistics, warehousing, and 3PL performance in South Jakarta. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient supply chain execution and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in leadership within ICT/telecom or large-scale logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management.
• 3+ years in managerial leadership within ICT/telecom/logistics industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and transportation operations, reverse logistics, international trade, customs, and compliance.
• Experience managing 3PLs and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and medium-term logistics resource plans for project delivery.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, reverse logistics, inventory movements, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics implementation and provide on-site support for project deployment and warehouse setup.
• Lead performance management of 3PLs, transport vendors, and warehouse partners.
• Review logistics costs and supplier invoices to ensure budget compliance.
• Implement logistics risk management including safety and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, project management, and regional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
