Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin for daily business communication.
• Proficient in English for daily business communication (spoken and written).
• 2-5 years of experience in offline retail, key account management, or brand trade marketing.
• Experience with beauty, mother and baby, or major supermarket brands in Indonesia is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product listing procedures and promotional practices in Indonesia's offline key account channels.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase channel sales.
• Strong analytical skills including sales breakdown, inventory forecasting, and ROI calculations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination with channel buyers and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and sales performance across offline key account channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and relationship managers to secure shelf space, product visibility, and promotional opportunities.
• Manage product selection, new product listings, inventory forecasts, and replenishment monitoring to maintain product availability and healthy inventory turnover.
• Monitor channel sales and product performance, identify slow-moving products and potential stock shortages, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Develop and execute channel-specific promotions, product bundles, and gift-with-purchase programs in line with the annual brand strategy and marketing calendar.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies and external partners to ensure point-of-sale materials, promotional activities, and regular campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Analyze channel sales, return on investment, and promotional effectiveness, and prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports.
• Develop recovery plans for underperforming channels by adjusting promotional strategies and strengthening offline sales support.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, finance, and relevant regional and local teams to ensure smooth product supply, marketing implementation, and financial settlement processes.
