PT Hocen Universal Indonesia seeks a Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff to manage daily financial operations, accounting records, and Indonesian tax compliance. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory to communicate with Chinese headquarters and suppliers.

The role offers growth in a cross-cultural environment and exposure to SAP/Accurate and standard accounting practices in a manufacturing-distribution setup in Batam.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1–2 years in finance, accounting and tax.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Accurate or SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily financial transactions (A/P, A/R) and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Assist in monthly and annual closings and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly/annual tax reports (PPN, PPh 21/23/25) and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers; communicate in Mandarin; support ad-hoc tasks.
