Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive business development in Indonesia. You will build relationships with Chinese manufacturers, bridge communication between clients and internal teams, and support sales activities for plastic raw materials and industrial solutions across East Java.

The role requires proactive, commercially driven individuals with Mandarin and English proficiency, capable of handling B2B negotiations and customer visits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors.
• Business-level Mandarin and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from Chinese companies operating in Indonesia.
• Manage client relationships from initial approach through after-sales support.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate communication between Chinese-speaking clients and internal management teams.
• Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and coordinate product deliveries.
• Conduct customer visits and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
• Support sales presentations and technical-commercial discussions with clients.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market insights for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational and customer requirements.
• Contribute to market expansion initiatives within targeted industrial sectors.
