Job summary

PT GREEN VISION SOLAR in Batam, Indonesia, seeks an Accounting Officer to join our finance team. You will handle tax accounting, cost analysis, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 2 years of experience, plus Mandarin fluency. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good understanding of tax regulations, filing procedures, and tax audits.
• Proficient in e-Filing, e-Billing, Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle tax calculation, payment, filing, and reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPN, and PPh Badan
• Manage tax accounting, including tax accruals, deferred tax, and related accounting entries
• Ensure tax compliance and maintain accurate accounting records
• Handle tax audits, inspections, adjustments and related matters
• Perform cost accounting, including production costing, inventory reconciliation, and cost analysis
• Prepare tax and cost reports and coordinate with relevant parties as needed
