Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Chinese-speaking Accounting Supervisor in Jakarta to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting, bridging Mandarin-speaking stakeholders with the finance team. You will ensure accuracy and compliance across PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations while coordinating with auditors and maintaining robust documentation.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with supervisor experience.
Deep knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax laws.
Experience in high-volume inventory accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Professional English and Mandarin for daily communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for VP FAT review.
Oversee daily accounting entries and ensure accurate General Ledger maintenance.
Translate local financial data and tax implications for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Ensure PSAK and Indonesian tax compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors and maintain documentation for tax and financial reporting.
