Job summary

IBMC is recruiting for a Merchant Risk & Fraud Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee offline credit anti-fraud, merchant admission, and investigation support in a strict compliance environment.

The role requires 1+ year in related areas, Mandarin proficiency with HS K4, and a Bachelor’s degree. On-site work at Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta is expected, with collaboration across sales, investigations and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK4 or equivalent) for reporting and communication.
• 1+ year in offline credit anti-fraud, merchant admission, or investigation support, preferably in Indonesia.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong risk identification, data organization and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and coordination across sales, investigations and operations.
• Willing to work on-site in Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve merchant and sales applications based on compliance standards.
• Monitor post-admission merchant risk and manage suspensions per anti-fraud policies.
• Oversee anti-fraud cases from intake to closure with proper documentation.
• Conduct QC on investigation reports and identify process gaps for improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, investigation and customer service teams to implement anti-fraud measures.
