Job summary

Pt. Local Services Duck is seeking a Translator & Administrative Assistant (Chinese-Indonesian) to support architectural and engineering projects in Indonesia.

You will translate technical documents between Bahasa Indonesia, English and Chinese, provide interpretation during multilingual meetings, and assist with daily administrative tasks, reports, and presentations. The role reports to the General Manager and requires a Bachelor's in Language/Communication, at least 4 years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Language, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in translation/documentation roles, including administrative support.
• Expertise in technical and professional translation, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical documents between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese.
• Provide interpretation services and assist with on-site translation for meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
• Support preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations.
• Assist project teams during meetings and coordination with foreign stakeholders.
