Job summary

Tamora Group in Indonesia is expanding, seeking a creative Marketing & Social Media professional to drive content, campaigns, events and partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and more. You will plan content calendars, design visuals, engage communities, manage partnerships, and support events to grow brand presence in clubs nationwide.

You will collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Director to ensure visual consistency and impactful campaigns, while tracking performance and iterating on ideas

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role (sports or hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Capture photo and video content of matches, players, events, and daily club/academy activities.
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with programs, events, and ongoing activities.
• Write compelling captions and adapt messaging to local audiences.
• Monitor community engagement and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Design visuals for social media and other marketing materials (flyers, banners, presentations, etc.).
• Lead the promotion of events, tournaments, and coaching programs to drive participation and visibility.
• Plan local marketing campaigns in line with brand objectives.
• Develop creative ideas to grow brand awareness and community engagement.
• Identify and reach out to companies for sponsorship opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
• Proactively seek and develop collaborations with brands, businesses, and communities.
• Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure mutual value creation.

We are a padel company expanding across Indonesia, with six premium clubs offering world-class facilities, high-level coaching, and events. Our mission is to grow the sport of padel and build an active, vibrant and loyal community under high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

REPORTING & COORDINATION

• Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency.
• Track performance of campaigns, content, and partnerships, and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role (sports or hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing trends.
• Good graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Strong communication and outreach skills (especially for partnerships and sponsorships).
• Creative, proactive, and well-organized with high attention to detail.
• Passion for sports (ideally padel, tennis, or similar).
• Availability to work occasionally on weekends (events).
