Job summary

Rally by The Court in Bandung is seeking a Marketing & Community Coordinator to build a thriving player community, create activations, and grow revenue through partnerships, events, and engagement.

You will fill courts, organize weekly social play and clinics, develop partnerships with clubs, universities, and corporate groups, and support social media, content, and communications while driving bookings and staying active on weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Padel and growth marketing.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Existing network within padel, tennis, fitness, university, or corporate communities is highly preferred.
• Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends and community events.
• Based in Bandung/Lembang or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Rally’s player community.
• Organize weekly Americano, social play, beginner clinics, ladies programs, and tournaments.
• Develop partnerships with fitness clubs, tennis clubs, golf clubs, universities, and corporate groups.
• Generate new player acquisition and repeat participation.
• Support social media, content creation, reels, photography, and community communications.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies, KOLs, and brand partners.
• Manage player database, WhatsApp communications, and customer engagement.
• Increase court occupancy during weekdays and off-peak periods.
• Support hotel guest activations and stay-and-play packages.

POSITION: MARKETING & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

This is not a traditional marketing role.
