Job summary

PT Epson Indonesia seeks a senior marketing leader to develop and execute strategic plans for the projector category, aligned with regional and HQ objectives.

You will drive market expansion, channel strategy, lead generation, and overall product lifecycle management, including pricing and promotions.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure messaging and campaigns are consistent, while leading a diverse marketing team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a supervisory marketing role leading teams.
• 8+ years in sales and product marketing leadership in Visual Instrument or tech industries.
• 5+ years in B2B business settings.
• Strong analytical, planning and execution skills.
• Strong people management with experience leading a diverse team of 5+ individuals.
• Experience engaging with regional counterparts for alignment.

Oversee product lifecycle management, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional planning.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign execution, and performance alignment.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals and maintain operational excellence.

Partner with sales teams to design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and brand visibility.

Requirements

Min 8 years in a supervisory role managing teams.

Min 8 years experiences in sales and product marketing leadership (Visual Instrument or Tech Industry)

Min 5 years in B2B Business Setting.

Strong analytical skills, planning and execution.

Strong people management skills, with experience leading a diverse team of at least 5 individuals.

Demonstrated experience in engaging and communicating regularly with regional counterparts to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

General Requirements

Minimum GPA 3.00.Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus). Pleasant interpersonal skill, excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong team players, independent, able to work under pressure to achieve goal. Proficient in both PC and Mac, MS. Office Applications.Team player with the ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal relationships skills.
