Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints and feedback related to clinic and canteen operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with health, safety, and privacy policies.
• Keep accurate records for clinic operations, supplies, incidents, inspections, and actions.
• Serve as point of contact for employees on health, welfare, clinic, and canteen issues.
• Support in-house clinic management and related tasks.

Job description

Bachelor degree in Public Health/ Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Have knowledge of basic occupational health, first aid, food hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety.

Have supporting certificates such as Safety Expert and Food Hygiene Sanitation Management is more preferable.

Basic design Canva, Adobe, infographic design and data visualization is more preferable.

Good attitude, discipline, able to work in pressure and teamwork.

Expert in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Able to work in a team or individual.

Job Descriptions:
