Job summary

Leighton Indonesia is seeking a Manager HSE for a Data Center project to lead OH&S planning and risk mitigation activities. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with the OH&S framework, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations while minimizing health and safety risks to the project team.

The candidate will coordinate with project teams to implement the OH&S plan, identify, assess, and mitigate Class-I and other risks, and communicate procedures to the workforce on site in Batam,

Qualifications

• Experience in OH&S planning for large projects.
• Knowledge of OH&S frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Currently, Leighton Indonesia is looking for Manager HSE for Data Center project.

The role is responsible for planning with respect to occupational health & safety (OH&S) aspects for the assigned project; communicating and monitoring the implementation of the OH&S plan and identification, assessment & mitigation of Class-I and other risks on the project WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ensuring compliance of the assigned project to LAIO’s OH&S framework, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations while minimizing health & safety related risks to the project team.
