Macquarie Group in Indonesia seeks a senior data analytics professional with 7+ years of experience to lead enterprise reporting and delivery. You will own BAU operations, incident and problem management, and partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

The role requires strong Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx expertise, excellent leadership and stakeholder management, and a track record of coaching teams and driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in data analytics, technology delivery, production support, or operations management.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, and enterprise data platforms, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Proven experience managing BAU operations, incident and problem management, service governance, and delivery oversight.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions while balancing operational and project priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, team development, and driving continuous improvement with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and static data maintenance is advantageous.
