PwC is seeking a Manager in the Deals Strategy and Operation practice within Deals Transaction Services. You will work with a team to build and run strategic capacity, collaborating across business units and with clients to unlock value and strengthen PwC-client relationships.
You will contribute to the PwC Professional framework, lead problem-solving efforts from strategy through execution, and coach colleagues while navigating complex, multi-jurisdiction engagements.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering or Finance from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00; A minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting firm / strategic planning/ is required Great problem solving and communication are required Deep knowledge in consumer/ financial services/ energy/ tech is an advantage General understanding on deal strategy works: due diligence, market entry strategy, option analysis, etc
