Job summary

Grab is seeking a senior strategy leader in Jakarta to drive planning, budgeting, and cross‑functional coordination for the Digital & Sustainability portfolio, with a focus on P&L performance and growth initiatives.

You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, translate market insights into actionable plans, and report to the Director, Digital & Sustainability, balancing strategic vision with execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL, and AI-related tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Experience in P&L management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate P&L achievement under GrabKios, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze customer/partner behavior and conduct market research for insights.
• Lead performance management, track levers, and strategic projects.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive efficiency.
• Lead special projects within Digital & Sustainability Team.

About the Team

Digital & Sustainability Team is one of Grab's verticals that handle GrabKios, Partner Attributes, and ESG.

Get to Know the Role

In this role, you will lead the Strategy, Planning, Budgeting and cross functional coordination as well as handle special projects for the whole team protfolio with a goal to achieve financial and impact targets as well as to identify future growth levers. This role is pivotal in driving strategic planning, performance tracking, and growth initiatives across the platform. The ideal candidate is analytical and data-driven, has strong stakeholder alignment capability, and able to balance strategic with executional excellence. You will report to Director, Digital & Sustainability.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will be responsible for the whole orchestration of P&L achievement under GrabKios, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and assist in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Analyze customer/partner behavior and conduct market research to create applicable insights.
• Lead performance management, track progress of levers, key strategic projects and growth hack.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding on goals and deliverables and support process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Lead for special projects in Digital and Sustainability Team.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You have at least 8+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, consulting, project management, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (i.e: Power BI, SQL) and proven AI hack/proficiency.
• Experience in working with cross functional teams and managing projects.
• Experienced in P&L management.
