Job summary

Aon is seeking a Manager, Corporate to join the Corporate team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will lead client engagements, develop expertise, and apply best practices to meet client requirements while identifying opportunities for cost savings and growth.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in insurance or client management, and relevant certifications (AAJI, CIIB, AAMAI, etc.). Strong attention to detail and collaboration across diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in insurance or client management.
• AAJI, APAI, CIIB, AAMAI or other OJK-recognized qualifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across deliverables and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Share subject matter expertise with the team and apply best practices to meet client requirements.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in the insurance industry or in a role involving sales and client management.

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience is highly preferred.
• Relevant Indonesia insurance certifications are required or highly preferred (e.g. AAJI, APAI, CIIB, AAMAI, or other OJK-recognized insurance qualifications).
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across client deliverables, proposals, and internal documentation.
