Role Description

The Management Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on management development, leadership skills, and performance improvement for internal teams. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities; preparing training materials, manuals, and presentations; and collaborating with management to identify skill gaps and learning needs. The Management Trainer will track training outcomes, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role also involves supporting the development of customer-facing teams with service and communication skills aligned with the company's standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, to engage diverse participants and convey complex information clearly.
• Customer Service orientation to support client-facing teams and align training content with high service standards in financial markets.
• Demonstrated experience in Training design and delivery, including management development programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
• Background in Management Development, organizational learning, or leadership training, preferably within financial services, brokerage, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, manage multiple training projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with futures, forex, or derivatives markets and Indonesian regulatory frameworks (such as BAPPEBTI) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and digital learning platforms for creating and delivering training content.
