Preferred majors include Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Management, Business Administration, or Communication Studies, with a GPA of 3.20 or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.20 in listed fields.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year relevant work experience.
• Experience leading projects or winning awards is a plus.
• Active involvement in student organizations is preferred.
• Strong English, leadership and communication skills required.
• Willing to be placed across all LippoLand locations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Management / Business Administration, or Communication Studies, with a minimum GPA of 3.20
• Fresh graduates from reputable universities, or candidates with up to one year of relevant work experience
• Experience in leading projects and/or receiving academic or non‑academic awards is an advantage
• Active involvement in student organizations is preferred
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Willing to be placed across all LippoLand locations in Indonesia
