The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership, with strong PSAK and Indonesian tax knowledge. CPA preferred and ERP proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or supervisory capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax laws.
• Proven experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a remote team.
