Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala, operating Discovery Mall Bali, seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee Health, Safety and Environmental standards across mall, tenant and office areas. The role focuses on maintaining a safe workplace and leading risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations.

You will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct audits, coordinate emergency drills, deliver training, and ensure PPE compliance while working with employees, tenants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 3–5 years in HSE in high-risk industries.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management.
• Experience with inspections, risk assessments, incidents investigations, audits.
• Experience delivering HSE training and safety awareness programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; independent and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor HSE policies across mall and offices.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and safety audits across areas.
• Identify hazards and perform risk assessments with corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare reports.
• Deliver HSE training and safety briefings to staff and tenants.
• Ensure PPE requirements are enforced.
• Monitor safety performance of tenants/contractors.
• Maintain HSE documentation and records.
