Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a Project Assistant (Malaria) for Myanmar operations, based in Sidoktaya, Magway/Sagaing/Chin area. You will support planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of malaria activities under GFATM and GC7 frameworks, coordinating with the Project Coordinator and local partners.

The role requires strong field presence, ability to travel regularly, and experience in health-related programs.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• Local language knowledge for fieldwork in Myanmar.
• Willingness to travel to field sites and remote areas.
• Experience in health-related programs preferred.
• Ability to work under challenging field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate malaria activities with GC7/Malaria grant.
• Assist in data collection, verification and reporting from village to township level.
• Coordinate capacity-building trainings for volunteers and partners.
• Support budgeting, procurement and resource management for malaria activities.
• Collaborate with local authorities, NMCP focal persons and partners.
