Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will provide preventive maintenance and repairs as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team.

You will inspect, install, modify, and support energy management while ensuring code compliance and safety. Clear communication and reliable, supervised output are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; 1-2 years related experience.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with teams and systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use documented procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision and guidance.
• Engage with daily tasks to contribute to team goals and project milestones.
