Job summary

Catlow is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to perform daily and preventive maintenance on automation equipment. You will work with engineers to improve efficiency, read PLCs, and operate HMIs and industrial robots.

Applicants should have vocational or higher education in electrical/mechanical fields, 1+ year of maintenance experience, and readiness for shifts/overtime. English communication and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum is vocational high school majoring electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering. Preferred diploma or bachelor majoring in electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in automation equipment or battery industries.
• Maintenance & repair skills for automation equipment.
• Solid knowledge of materials, machinery, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical drawing.
• Proficient in PLC programming/configuration (SIEMENS is preferred).
• Experience with Industrial robotics is preferred (KUKA, ABB, Fanuc).
• Willing to working in shifts and overtime when needed.
• English language skills (read, write and speak).
• Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to collaborate across teams.
