Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Method Engineer for our West Java operations. Based in Cikarang, you will work within the Maintenance Department to define and improve maintenance standards and ensure reliability of equipment in the TEC function across SMQDC.

The role focuses on implementing maintenance strategies, improving machine durability, and training level 1 and 2 maintenance actions to sustain optimum costs.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in maintenance strategy, reliability, or industrial process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.
• Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, drive, and PLC systems.
• Good data analysis and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Interest in reliability engineering and maintenance improvement projects.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
