Job summary

PT Margacipta Wirasentosa is seeking a maintenance technician to inspect and repair production machinery to ensure operations meet standards.

You will report abnormal conditions, perform repairs, and propose spare parts through internal purchase requests. The role covers pneumatic/hydraulic systems and basic PLC concepts, with shift work required to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Maintenance.
• Willing to work shift system.

Responsibilities

• Repair machinery and equipment to meet standards.

A maintenance role focused on inspecting, identifying, and repairing production machinery and supporting equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and identify all production machinery and supporting equipment
• Report abnormal machine conditions to management
• Repair all production machinery and other equipment that does not meet standards
• Propose spare parts replacement based on damage identification or abnormal machine conditions through Purchase Requests submitted to management
• Repair utility machinery including Chiller, Vacuum, Compressor, Hoist, Boiler, and Genset
• Understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Understand basic PLC principles
• Operate computers

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
