PT Berkat Jaya Beton is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans for heavy equipment at the Jakarta Barat workshop. You will prepare reports, schedules, and work orders to ensure equipment availability and reliability.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar capacity, proficiency in Excel and maintenance systems, and strong analytical and coordination skills. Local work location is Jakarta Barat with an emphasis on timely execution.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, or similar position, preferably in the heavy equipment or machinery rental industry.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment maintenance systems.
• Familiar with heavy equipment such as Concrete Pump, Truck Mixer, ADT, Motor Grader, Vibro Roller, and Mobile Crane
• Able to prepare maintenance schedules, work orders, and maintenance reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and maintenance planning systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare maintenance planning reports, work orders, and equipment maintenance records.
• Analyze equipment breakdown reports and identify recurring maintenance issues.
• Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy equipment and supporting units.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability and operational reliability.
• Monitor equipment maintenance history, service intervals, and maintenance costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans based on equipment operating hours (HM) and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with workshop teams, mechanics, operations, and procurement to ensure timely maintenance execution.
• Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
