Job summary

The Coca-Cola Co is offering a 3-month Internship in Maintenance Engineering Support in Jakarta. The role provides hands-on exposure to equipment reliability programs, CMMS (SAP) activities, spare parts management, and work management processes.

You'll assist in planning, scheduling, and troubleshooting under supervision. Final-year students in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering can apply; strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Final-year students with a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with mechanical drawing and AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance strategies for critical equipment to improve reliability and performance.
• Support spare parts master data maintenance including SAP parts classifications and storage locations.
• Assist in end-to-end maintenance work management: notifications, planning, scheduling, and work execution in SAP CMMS.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot preventive maintenance activities.
