Job summary

Flook The Label in Bali is seeking a Store Operations & Staff Manager to oversee daily store activities and deliver a premium customer experience. You will lead inventory, visual merchandising, and staff performance to uphold the brand image and drive sales among high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training a sales team, resolving customer inquiries promptly, and using data to improve store operations and revenue. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven luxury retail management experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing a team in a high-end retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product displays, and merchandising to uphold the brand's image.
• Cultivate a customer-centric environment, providing exceptional service to high-end clientele
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Together with HR Manager, recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Motivate and inspire staff to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
• Implement the sales strategies provided by the Headquarter to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings through constant feedback with the Headquarter
• Ensure the store reflects the brand's image through visual merchandising and adherence to corporate guidelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with high-profile clients to enhance brand loyalty.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
• Utilize data to make informed decisions and improvements to store operations.
