Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces and staff areas are clean and well maintained.

You will assist in budgeting, supervise staffing, mentor room attendants, and uphold Marriott standards of service, safety and quality. A high school diploma and hospitality foundation are welcomed; prior housekeeping experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in the housekeeping or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supervises guestroom cleaning schedules and coordinates with Front Desk and Engineering.
• Participates in budgeting and cost control for the department and supports room attendants with training.
