Job summary

Capella Ubud, Bali is seeking a Hotel Graphic Designer and Content Creator to join the Marketing and PR team as the in-house design resource for all print and digital assets representing Capella Ubud. The role requires strong design, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

English fluency is required. Proactive, self-motivated professionals with hospitality branding experience are encouraged

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional design experience (luxury clients or brands preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong proofreading and copywriting skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Experience in branding, marketing, advertising, and/or public relations is an advantage.
• Prior hospitality experience—hotel or food & beverage—is an asset.
• Flexibility to assist with events or photoshoots during evenings and weekends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate production, and manage the distribution of marketing materials related to Rooms, Food & Beverage outlets, events, and departments.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all business units and departments.
• Create and manage an annual rolling production calendar, ensuring stakeholders are informed of timelines and deadlines.
• Develop and execute design concepts and assets for seasonal brand campaigns, including web design, digital and social advertisements, and print ads.
• Design and produce assets for holiday and event campaigns, including brochures, flyers, social media content, website visuals, printed banners, and on-property signage.
• Manage production of printed materials within the allocated budget, including vendor sourcing, cost estimation, print specs, proof review, and final delivery.
• Coordinate local media ad placements for magazines and newspapers.
• Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh, brand-aligned ideas.
• Support Marketing in creating and distributing promotional materials hotel-wide.
• Review guest-facing and internal materials for consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide design and printing support to all departments as required.
• Assist in photoshoots, including list prep, prop coordination, and styling.
• Support social media content creation through photo, video, and graphic production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
