Job summary

PT. Surya TOTO Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Metallurgical Engineer to design, manage and optimize manufacturing processes in our Serpong-Tangerang facility.

The role focuses on LPDC processes, jig and fixture work, time studies, defect analysis, and ensuring OHS/HSE compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Metallurgical Engineering degree with GPA 3.30, 1-2 years experience or internship, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, industrial automation, and Karakuri automation, and proficiency in AutoCAD or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.30).
• Min. 1-2 years of working experience or internship in the same field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, industrial automation systems, and Karakuri automation.
• Strong understanding of the LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) process, including jig and fixture fabrication/modification, time study, defect analysis, and OHS/HSE implementation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and perform installation and setup of new machinery.
• Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.
