Rentokil Initial Indonesia is seeking a service planning professional to oversee and optimize delivery, enhance productivity, and control costs across field operations. You will work with teams to schedule tasks, manage resources, and ensure service quality in East Jakarta.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Biology, Agriculture or Industrial Engineering and 1 year of team management experience, plus strong communication and planning skills.

• 1 year experience of managing team.
• Experience in capacity analyses and service schedule will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate fluently on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Plan and regulate service delivery to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate field teams and resources to ensure timely service execution.
• Support branch East Jakarta area with day-to-day operations and scheduling.

This position will be responsible for planning and regulating service delivery, increasing service productivity, and managing service costs (over time and vehicle fuel).

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Biology, Agriculture or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum graduation with 1 year experience of relevant experience of managing team
• Experience in capacity analyses and service schedule will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
• Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details
• Ability to priorities tasks with affecting quality of work
• Customer oriented and Result driven
• Knowledge of territory which is handled for planning
• Willing to be placed in Branch East Jakarta Area
