Job summary

Kepulauan.co Holding Group seeks a meticulous Heavy Equipment Inventory & Material Control Administrator to optimize maintenance tracking and material control at the Bulungan site. You will manage data, warranties, inspections, and maintenance histories while coordinating with Maintenance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure high equipment availability.

Proficiency in Excel and SAP PM/MM is essential, with 2–3 years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; engineering background preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance administration, inventory control, or spare parts management.
• Experience in mining, metals, or heavy equipment sectors is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment components and spare parts management, especially CAT and Komatsu.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and practical experience with SAP (PM/MM).

Responsibilities

• Data management: maintain equipment master data, warranty tracking, inspection reports, and maintenance histories.
• Maintenance tracking: monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• System operations: generate and track Purchase Requisitions, material reservations, and maintenance work orders in SAP (PM/MM).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Maintenance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure equipment availability and accurate material tracking.
• Reporting: compile daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and equipment performance reports.
• Inventory control: support warehouse operations with regular stock audits and spare parts oversight.
• Workshop support: provide general administrative assistance to the heavy equipment workshop team.
