Job summary

TikTok Shop - GTL Logistics is looking for an Logistics Operation Excellence Specialist to join our Jakarta-based team. You will focus on tracking cost metrics across the delivery business and implementing initiatives to improve SLAs and reduce costs.

Work with operations to drive changes, develop real-time dashboards, and ensure new tools meet operational needs. Experience in operations and excellence topics across express logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations field and excellence topics across express logistics companies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives from ideation to completion.
• Willingness to work closely with operations team to execute changes; consulting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive operations excellence initiatives to improve delivery performance, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze volume, manpower, linehaul forecasting, campaign preparation, and backlog management to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with operations and data teams to create real-time dashboards monitoring 1PL performance and KPIs like SLA compliance and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new systems meet operational requirements and support logistics capabilities.
