GTL Logistics, partnering with TikTok, seeks graduates for a program in Jakarta to tackle data-driven operations projects. You will monitor performance dashboards, assist monthly reviews, and identify improvement opportunities in a cross-functional setting with Operations, Product, and Data teams.

You will contribute to route planning, visibility, and process optimization while growing ownership of analytical deliverables and expanding your impact across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enable Performance Governance: assist in monthly operations performance reviews and follow-ups.

• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: support initiatives with Operations, Product, and Data teams.
• Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and process improvement.

• Standardize Operational Practices: document processes, SOPs, and best practices.
