Job summary

PT. Tianxing Cloud Supply Chain (Polibeli) in Indonesia is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage inbound and outbound operations and ensure shipment data accuracy.

You will monitor end-to-end local delivery, track shipments and POD, and coordinate solutions for delays, damages, and returns, while overseeing vendors, fleets, drivers, and courier partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Indonesia’s local logistics or cross-border supply chain.
• Familiar with local trucking, courier, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Proficient in Excel / Feishu Sheets for shipment tracking, data management, and invoice reconciliation.
• English communications skill is a must.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Stable work history with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse inbound and outbound operations and ensure shipment data accuracy.

• Handle delivery issues such as delays, damaged/lost goods, and returns (RTS), and coordinate solutions.
• Manage local logistics vendors, fleets, drivers, and courier partners, including KPI monitoring.
• Review warehouse, trucking, and delivery invoices and follow up on payments and contracts.
• Act as the key coordination point for local logistics fulfillment in Indonesia.

Job description

Handle delivery issues such as delays, damaged/lost goods, and returns (RTS), and coordinate solutions such as re-delivery and claims.

Manage local logistics vendors, fleets, drivers, and courier partners, including KPI monitoring.

Review warehouse, trucking, and delivery invoices and follow up on payments and contracts.

Act as the key coordination point for local logistics fulfillment in Indonesia, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient issue resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Indonesia’s local logistics or cross-border supply chain.

Familiar with local trucking, courier, and last-mile delivery operations.

Proficient in Excel / Feishu Sheets for shipment tracking, data management, and invoice reconciliation.

English communications skill is a must

Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Stable work history with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
