Job summary

PT Yusen Logistics Interlink Indonesia seeks an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage disputes. You will monitor changes in laws and support the Legal & Corporate Manager.

The role requires a Law degree with substantial experience in logistics and multinational settings, fluent English, and strong communication across functions. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position within a global logistics group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing or transportation within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws.
• Strong legal risk analysis.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and capable of handling multiple legal tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Draft and/or review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure that the company complies with the applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits and internal policies.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact to the company.
• Assist and support Legal & Corporate Manager.
