Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a qualified Legal professional to support the Head of Legal, Indonesia. You will review, negotiate, and draft contracts, provide regulatory guidance, and contribute to governance across the organization.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, a law degree, and 3+ years of relevant experience. It offers exposure to multinational operations and a dynamic, multicultural team.

Qualifications

Commercial pragmatism applied to business.
Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Minimum 3 years of legal practice in a reputable firm or in-house.
Some litigation experience is an advantage.
Good law degree from a Indonesian law school/university.
Qualified to advise on Indonesian laws.

Responsibilities

Support legal governance and compliance across the organization.
Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to business units.
Identify and mitigate legal risks for business objectives.
Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, and regulators.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory developments.
Support training on legal awareness and compliance.
Assist with dispute resolution and manage external counsel.
