Job summary

Brink’s Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage fleet operations and optimize delivery movement in Pekanbaru. This hybrid role combines on-site coordination with remote planning, offering a dynamic work experience across Riau.

You will drive efficient delivery schedules, monitor driver performance, and maintain transportation network integrity. Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management.
Familiarity with logistics software and GPS tracking systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in both an office and field setting.
Knowledge of the Pekanbaru transportation infrastructure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily delivery schedules and assign routes to drivers.
Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance, and driver behavior.
Utilize logistics software to track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve logistical issues.
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
